The Meal:  Turkey Rolls Wrapped in Turkey Bacon with Roasted Grated Carrots, Mushrooms, Sweet Corn &  Asparagus

Prep Time: 5 min 

Cooking Time: 25 min 

The Ingredients:  

Thyme, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Trader Joes Poppy Seed dressing, Grounded All Spice, Ketchup, honey (not shown), Trader Joes Ground Turkey, Trader Joes Turkey Bacon, Grated Carrots, Mushrooms, Corn on the Cobb and soy butter, Brown Sugar and Asparagus

Add a couple of dashes of Thyme, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Trader Joes Poppy Seed dressing, Grounded All Spice, and Ketchup to the Trader Joes Ground Turkey.  Once well mixed, then shape into a 4″  “tubes” and wrap the Trader Joes Turkey Bacon around it. Add some honey on top  of the “tubes” and then place in the oven for appx.25 min (every oven is different).

While you wait, prepare the roasted veggies – ( You can add whatever veggies you want). Cut the corn off the cob, grater the carrots and cut the mushrooms in slices.  Add all including the asparagus to a baking dish with spoonful of soy butter and brown sugar. Then top it with a little honey and place in the oven for 15 min.

Cooked!

Plate it!

This is a super healthy meal with a little flair to keep you taste buds interested. Eat & Enjoy!
